Refund policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your item(s), you may return for a store credit within 14 days of purchase date for in store purchases and delivery date for online orders. Items must have original tags and be in the same condition as when they were received or we will be unable to process your return. All store credit/e-gift cards are valid for 12 months from issue date.

All swimwear, jewelry and other accessories, as well as sale items with a discount of 20% or more are FINAL SALE.

For online orders please email info@shopmaisons.com and we will send you a pre paid return label. Returns will be subject to a $6 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Store credits will be issued in the form of an e-gift card and processed within 5-7 business days upon receiving returns, minus shipping costs. E-gift cards processed from online returns can be used online only.

All international returns are at the expense of the customer. Please email us prior to returning your item back to us. Please be sure that your package is insured, traceable and prepaid.
